This policy explains what Pastor Leviticus ("we") collects through pastorleviticus.com, how it's used, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Joining the congregation: your first name, mobile number and/or email, and city. We use them to send the Sunday sermon and Playhouse specials.
• Prayer requests: what you choose to write. Don't include anything you wouldn't want read by the ministry team.
• Orders: your name, email, shipping address and what you bought. If you start checkout and don't finish, we may send one or two reminder emails about your cart, each with an unsubscribe link.
• Payments: handled by PayPal (and Venmo or Zelle if you choose them). Card details go straight to PayPal; we never see or store them.

Like every website, our host receives standard technical information when you visit (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

Only to answer you, deliver what you asked for, run the site, and keep it secure. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who helps us

We use these service providers, who handle your information only to do that job for us:

• Supabase: storing member, prayer and order records
• Twilio: sending text messages
• MailerLite and Resend: sending email
• PayPal: payments

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising pixels or third-party tracking cookies.

Videos and music players

Players from YouTube load only when you press play. Once you do, that service may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

Text messages

We only text you if you check the box agreeing to it. Expect about 1 to 2 messages a week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase. We never sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time. Contact us at hello@pastorleviticus.com. We won't treat you differently for asking. California residents have these rights under California law, and we honor them for everyone.

How long we keep it, and security

We keep messages and records only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them to us, or as the law requires, then delete them. Access is limited to the people who need it, and all traffic to this site is encrypted.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
